I-2014 Multidiag J2534 activation component download

When i install I-2014 (2014.01V) Multi-diag Access J2534 Pass-thru diagnostic software, after activate the software it gave me error

Solution

Software installation faied, so fail to activate Multidiag j2534 software. The error may cause by the computer. Please change other windows xp laptop. If still do not work,change another laptop.
